My Journey (Buckle Up, It's Been a Wild Ride!)

Imagine a little girl, scissors in hand, cutting up socks to make dresses for her Barbies. That was me, taking my first steps into the world of fashion design. Fast forward to high school, and I'm designing prom dresses, feeling like the next big thing in fashion.

Naturally, I went to study fashion design in college. And you know what? I failed. Miserably. Talk about a plot twist, right? I was so discouraged that I quit fashion altogether. But here’s the thing about passion – it doesn’t let go that easily.

Before I knew it, I was back at it, making my sister’s prom dress. That spark reignited, and I dove into the digital world, blogging about upcycling and creating YouTube videos. I even became a Visual Merchandiser, learning the ins and outs of styling for everyday people.

But life has a funny way of testing us. Once again, I found myself stepping away from fashion. 🤦🏾‍♀️.

However, that break was exactly what I needed. It gave me time to heal, grow, and come back with a fresh perspective. I realized that style isn’t just about what we wear – it’s about who we are at our core.
