Q: When can I expect my items to ship?

A: Processing and shipping takes about 3-5 days. Please allow us additional time if purchasing during the holidays or on weekends.  

 

Q: How do I request a refund? 

A: Due to the nature of previously-loved garments, all purchases are final sale. However, we offer an exchange for items that arrive damaged or missing accessories that were not previously disclosed before purchasing. For inquiries, please email at hello@jadawest.com.

Q: How Do I Know What Size I Wear? 

 

A: All of our product sizes are determined using the standard sizing chart for the U.S. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, sizes do not always reflect the current sizing for apparel today. We make sure that you are purchasing the size you need.
